Helpful reminder about BBT
As much as we want it to, a chart cannot look promising until af is late. You can have high temps, a dip and a rise, a triphasic pattern-and still get af. If your temps are high 18 days after ovulation with no af, then it can look promising, but, unfortunately, not until then. Baby dust to all!
