Fluttering feeling

Michelle • Mom of two kids and a step mom, me and my fiance trying for our second lately ive been feeling sick
30 ttc and my period was but day late then the second and third day I had what looked like a mixture of spotting and period then stopped today I had this butterfly fluttering like in my stomach can I possibly be pregnant?
