Anyone with a 6 month old near Atherton CA?

We just moved from Hungary to the US, my husband works at Stanford, thus I'm at home with our baby all day. Don't really know anyone yet and there are not too many events/classes for babies either.

Someone is similar position? I would like to find some company for us, my baby boy is very social :) Hoping we'll find a buddy for him!
