TTC Advice Please

Hi! I am currently 9dpo, my boyfriend & I have been trying to conceive for a few months, we had a loss in October. I had af in December (22nd-25th) we did the deed everyday during my ovulation window.. my symptoms that have started quite early are, intense unusual food cravings, cramping, nausea, fatigue. I stupidly just took a test & of course it’s too early. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with having sex every day of the fertile window & you becoming pregnant.
