I’m on Depo for the last six months I love it my periods are usually 7 days and super heavy now I have it for one day or spotting or not at all

Mine are pretty regular! If I'm stressed out a lot around the time I'm supposed to start then I'll be 2-3 days late,but then the following month I'll go back to the regular day that I normally start. One time I was 8 days late because of how much stress I was under from moving and trying to find a new job. It's weird how stress can effect your body like that.. 😅

My period is regular and like clockwork when I was on pill and when I’m not. It’s annoyingly perfect lol. My period apps are ALWAYS correct when it comes to notifying me when to expect my period and when it’ll end.

Pregnant right now so no periods :) but before I was on BC and they were very regular. Same as your actually. Even when I went off the birth control they would be within a day or two of what I expected.

After being off the pill for almost 4 years, they've become extremely regular. Exactly 28 days every month. At least it helps to predict ovulation.
