So I got a email asking to set up a phone screen that would last 10-15 min for a nutrition sanitation aide job at a hospital got the call today it only lasted 3min he just asked me 1 question then proceeded on to set up a interview date with the hiring manager and sent me a email and in the email it says that I will take a temporary badge photo when I arrive does that mean I’ve already got the job .. sorry I might sound stupid just never worked or interviewed in this type of field before ..
