Breastfeeding weight loss
Looking for advice/tips.
Im 5ft2", was 118lbs when I got pregnant. Ive always had a high metabolism but never had an issue maintaining weight.
Im 12lbs down from my prepregnancy weight, which is getting a little thin for me. My son is almost 9 months, EBF. The weight loss has been slow so I havent been too concerned (yet).
I eat everything. 3 meals, constant snacks. I usually have 7-800 calories before lunch. Im planning to get protein drinks/shakes to add in.
Anything else I can do? Im allergic to meat and have a dairy intolerance.
Anyone else deal with this, what helped you?
