Take your own advice

So I've been going through a tough break up and it was a long distance relationship which makes it harder when it comes to having clousure.

Anyways, I was trying to figure out how to move on and not text him even when I realllly wanted to, and I started to think of what would I tell my friends to do if a guy broke up with them, the same advice I would give them I'm giving it to myself.

What about you girls? What advice would you give yourself after a break up? What helped you move on the last time?
