I’m 16 and I started using lube to make sex better and it Does but can my vagina begin to rely on it? Is it safe to use all the time ?

I guess it is safe. I have read somewhere it can dehydrate your vaginal cells but it really depends on the ingredients if it has gylicerin or alcohol in it. I never though they use alcohol in lubes, but turned out mine had it too. I used it and it helped, but afterwards it burned like crazy. So no more lube for me.
