Weight Loss


in about november of 2018 i decided it was time for me to lose weight, that i’m tired of being as big as i am and so incredibly unhealthy to myself. i started off really good, id do squats and sit ups every night and i’d eat so we’ll. over our winter break i’ve messed up a little but i didn’t gain the couple pounds i lost back. i started up again a couple days ago, i’m down 12 pounds from the beginning but i’ve noticed i struggle with eating. i cave in when i don’t feel full enough and it kills me. what are some good recipes to make you feel full and are kinda low carb and decent calories?
