Constipation help!

Okay so I started ovulating last week. My last ovulation date was Saturday. I did have unprotected sex but I don’t think that’s the cause of my constipation. Does anyone know why tf I can’t poop!!? Is it ovulation related? I’m seriously In tears. I need to poop. I have like lower abdominal cramps that feels like I really need to poop but I can’t push out anything. Please help me 😂😭😭

I never have problems going to the bathroom and usually I do about 3-4 times daily
