Do you guys see anything ? So confused

I took this test this morning  And when I wiped I had some blood on it .. I’ve been cramping but barely bleeding at all today .. I’m one week late & the first day of my cycle is usually my heaviest .. 
I’m so confused 
Just wanted some opinions
