nursing wear?

As a FTM: how many nursing bras do I need? (I currently only have two. one underwire for special outings and a comfy one for everyday) how many more should I need?
should I buy maternity underwear verses going up a size in regular underwear? 
how many nursing tanks should I have? (I only have 2)

A nursing bra for everyday might be necessary. In the beginning my milk would leak all the time and I’d need to change it because it was stinky and didn’t want to smell while going out. I have regular everyday nursing bras, nursing sleep bras, and a few nice lace nursing bras. 
Also reusable/washable breast pads are such a money saver!

Maternity underwear is useless in my opinion.  As for nursing bras, it depends on how long you plan on breastfeeding and how often you plan on doing the washing. With my last I breastfed for 20 months and had about 8 or 9 nursing bras maybe a few more? I'm a SAHM so I was breastfeeding 24/7 and doing the washing about twice a week. But don't go out and by them all at once, your breast size will fluctuate as time goes on. I'd start with 2 or 3 and build from there.

I had issues with clogged milk ducts with my first baby and all the websites and lc’s I talked to said not to wear underwire bras 🤷🏼‍♀️ that being said you will probably want to wash them everyday so no bacteria can grow in that area so maybe buy enough to last between laundry days?

I have a couple with underwire because sometimes early on my milk let down was a bit heavy and would soak through my bra. As far as underwear I just bought a package a size up at Walmart in case I bleed through I don't ruin my sexy panties lol. I am going to be buying a few nurses shirts too once baby is here. I have 3 tanks right now that are nursing for wearing with button downs or cardigans.

At least one more every day bra...you will most likely leak and you will want one to wear while wash the other.

I nursed my first babe for 2years. I survived with 4 nursing bras (no underwire in any), two nursing tanks, and 4 nursing sleep bras.

I’d have a bra for every day. Unless you want to do laundry. I like the comfy sports bra type ones  but early on you leak or baby spits up and at night you’ll sweat. I always liked having a fresh one on
