im feeling anxious about having my baby in a hospital because i dont want anyone to touch me. recently i was sexually assaulted and im afraid of them checking dilation or just overall checkups that require them to touch me. the reason im doing a hospital birth is for the epidural. not sure how i can have a kid without them doing what they’re supposed to do but im scared ill panic.
