Anyone else working long hours still???

Question

I’m a teacher and worked 11 hours today. My job is not only mentally demanding, but requires me to be in my feet for long periods of time. I’m in so many damn committee and have meetings almost every day after school. I don’t know how I can last two more months. I’m like 100% more swollen on days I work then weekends.
Anyone else in the same boat???

I’m a teacher in the UK and I’m only working another 2 weeks. I finish on 1st February which will take me up to 35 weeks. Originally, I wanted to work until the 15th February but I know my body would not have been able to handle it as I am so tired now. I have thought about myself and baby this time and not about work. 
Just remember, work will always be there, your health comes first! ❤️

I'm a teacher and have no idea how I'm lasting 2 more months. I am physically and emotionally drained by 3 pm and then staying late/running errands/cooking dinner seems almost impossible.

I am also a teacher. At some point you have to put yourself and your baby first. Meetings will always be there. I wear comprehension socks, drink lots of water and try and sit/put my feet up as much as possible.

I’m a nurse and still working 12 hour shifts, pretty much entirely on my feet. I wear compression stockings every shift, but just noticed tonight that I had a little swelling despite wearing them 😩 the next 9 weeks are gonna be long for sure

I'm a nurse practitioner,  working 10 hour shifts with about a 1 hour commute on the subway each way :( blegh. Trying to work till due date,  but it's getting tough already at 32 weeks.

I’m a life flight nurse working three 24 hr shifts a week and per diem at an ER that are 12-14 hr shifts a few times a month. It’s definitely rough but I plan to cut back when I hit 36 weeks

I’m a dialysis nurse and work 10 hr shifts recently cut down to 30 hrs a week... very demanding physically.

I work in sales and I’m up and down all the time. Today I’ve reached a point where I have just stopped working. I haven’t done a thing since 3 because I was booking stock in from our supplier and that took me forever. Now I feel like death

Yep!  Still working 10 hour shifts on my feet at work. Then come home and run kids to hockey then home for supper shower and bed! It’s exhausting mentally and physically. I keep saying and half joking what they are all going to do when I have this baby. Husband says panic lmao!!

Yes still working 13 hour shifts in the hospital as an rn with 1 hr commute each way, I wear compression socks that work wonders for my feet (don’t know if that’s an option since teachers don’t wear scrubs), I will work my 13 hour shifts through February then I will make my schedule week by week starting in March. Due March 24.
