When did I ovulate?

Ok so I’m on my first round of clomid and Jan 8th (cd 11) I got a lot of ewcm. It continued cd 12 along with twinges on my left ovary and cd 13 much stronger twinges along with a burning sensation all on left ovary which made me think I O’d Jan 10 (cd13) but I had yet to get a positive opk which I assumed I may have missed my surge? My ewcm wore off and come Jan 13th (cd 16) I got my first positive opk and I did get some left side O pains today too. Could i have O’d Jan 10th and gotten a positive opk after ovulation or did I most likely ovulate today?
