Pregnancy weight


I’m 3 months pp after having my beautiful daughter Lilah. Prior to falling pregnant I went on a big fitness kick to get my body in the ideal position to conceive, grow and birth my baby. I’ve now done all of that and am now wanting to lose my baby weight. I’m a very self conscious person and am feeling very uncomfortable in my skin. I’m still breast feeding my daughter and feel I can’t do the exercise I wish without dropping my supply as well as needing to eat enough to nourish us both during this. What have you ladies done to beat these feelings or get kick started ? 💗
