I finally convinced my parents to let me get a kitten and I’m really excited/ nervous. Does anyone have any tips for a first time kitten owner. I own another cat, he is almost 17.

Edit: The kitten will be kept in my room mostly ( I do online school so I’m home 24/7) (also I’m 15) and my older cat will be okay. He doesn’t get stressed a lot. If he doesn’t like something he’ll just make sure he knows where it is and he stays away from it. He been through 3 puppy’s in his life time and he’s fine with that. And my dogs will probably take up most of the kittens time.

2nd Edit: if we find 2 kittens that we like (aka a bonded pair) we will get both but rn we r just looking for 1.
