paragard IUD

What are your thoughts on this copper iud..?

I’ve NEVER taken BC! I’m 30 years old..

My husband and I have been together for 8 years.. let’s just say we’ve been active without protection for that long . We just had our daughter 14mo ago, only baby we have..

My doctor suggested I get this iud so that my husband and I can enjoy ourselves better and not have to worry about withdrawal (tmi)

My reason for not taking any bc is because I don’t want to consume any hormones or put anything in my body. I’m very natural when it comes to these things.. I didn’t even take an epidural or other pain meds when I had my daughter..

TMI.....I do not want to worry about him pulling out, but honestly sometimes it feels too good I don’t want him pulling out 😫🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ (he does eventually) lol.. and I don’t want to get pregnant right now too..

What should I do... should I get this iud and hope I don’t get copper toxicity? Have any of you tried this IUD?
