Do I go to the hospital!?

I’m 39 weeks with my first, I was having contractions part of my day that were lasting 40-50 secs. It’s now 2 a.m., I got woken up by a really bad contraction, and then the urge to poop so I got up to go do that but I got another contraction while on the toilet that lasted 54 secs and the urge to poop came back but nothing came out. I came back to bed and am sitting up and got another bad contractions that was a little over 4 mins from the last one lasting a little over a minute. Now I’m getting them every 7 1/2 mins lasting about 1 1/2 mins and have the craziest urge to poop when I get them.. i know about 5-1-1. 5 mins apart, lasting 1 min for 1 hour but I’m a ftm, am kinda freaking out and idk if i should try to go back to sleep, try to poop again or wake my bf up and go to the triage department at my hospital ???
