I’m so confused OPK questions

So on Jan 11th I took an opk and it was not quite positive. See below

Every test I have taken after that has been a blinding negative. Now the line is almost gone 🙄

Should I bother continuing to test? I was late my last two cycles by over 80 days (🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄) so my periods are wonky and I honestly have no idea when I ovulate.

Could it be possible that I have already ovulated?

My breasts are currently super sore, which normally only happens when I’m about to get my period. My nips itch as well.
