Ultrasound fears

I did the worst thing I could do, I read stories on other women’s first ultrasounds and now I’m scared to death there won’t be a heart beat, it will be an empty sac, there could be 5 or more babies ( we had an

IUI

with 3 good size and 2 small follicles) orrrr it could be ectopic or molar. Someone please tell me good things. I am freaking out and my ultrasound isn’t until Friday 😢

Update.... everything went as good as it could heart beat was 150 measuring 2 days bigger
