8 weeks, 5 days, I woke up with spotting. I went in for an ultrasound and there was only a sac, no baby. 😢 The doctor said she thinks I may have had a missed miscarriage. I have to go back on the 8th to re-check, but I know it's not there. Anyone else experience this before!? I feel so alone because I haven't announced to to many people and most will never know.
