Yah same here. We used to do it in the shower but our new house has small showers unlike our old walk in shower that could fit 10 people. Now we just use a towel 😭

Yupx do it in the shower. Just like extra lube. And I think it helps it lighten it up for me anyways

Not I. I tried it before because I was so sexually frustrated maybe 2 days before af was due to stop but it felt weird and af stayed around an extra 3 days.. You know I was blown over the edge by that one lol.. Never again

I did with my ex years ago. It made the cramps a lot more manageable. My bf now thinks it’s gross.
