I had this yesterday at 8 dpo!! Today my temp was back up, but just to normal post O temps. I’ve read it’s caused by an estrogen spike. Which could happen when preg & when not.

It’s a little early to have a dip below the coverline. Usually it means toward the end of the  luteal phase that af is on her way. I would guess that tomorrow you’ll have a big spike in temp.
