STD SYMPTOMS ??

me and my ex have been sexually active for abt 2 months now. however , when we stopped talking , i got w this other guy i knew. however now , my ex and i have started being sexually active once again. the last time we had unprotected sex , he told me he was leaking “white stuff” and that his whole genital area was hurting. he went on to get checked , but i havent. he asked me if i had gonnerhea but i told him i didnt.. what should i do? i have no signs of any std’s either.
