Could it be...? UPDATED

Question

My husband and I had our first IUI on January 2nd. They had me do a 2nd shot of HCG on the 7th. I go in for official blood work on Thursday the 17th but I got this positive test this morning! Do you think it could still be leftover HCG or am I really...? Edit: I tested again this morning, expecting the line to be lighter but it was DARKER! I'm crossing my fingers for a BFP tomorrow with my beta test.

Don’t want to be a downer just telling you my experience...I took my trigger on the evening of the 5th and just tested it out this morning on cheapies, there was a shadow of a line and I expect nothing in the am. Also going to add that I’ve gotten a positive on those wal mart ones when my hcg was 5.4 so they are super sensitive. I hope this isn’t the case for you tho and it’s your true bfp!! 🍀
