Hi girls-

I lost a baby in sept at 13 weeks due to a neural tube defect called acrania. Long story short I had to have 2 D&Cs for retained tissue. Had a saline ultrasound procedure on January 10th to check for scar tissue luckily there was none and we got the green light to try again. I was due to ovulate the 14th but got a positive opk on the 12th. Just so happened my best friend was visiting from across country that night. Mind you I rarely drink. But this night I had 3 glasses of wine and angry orchards over the course of 8 hours. I ate a lot of food, drank water and was never “ drunk” or hungover etc. I guess I am paranoid now wondering if because I drank on or around ovulation that is going to mess up this pregnancy if I fall pregnant😭I now regret drinking at all but even my friends mom who is a nurse told me to have a care free night and not stress. Can alcohol affect the baby/egg at ovulation?? Any advice helps thank you!!
