Hi all!

My three week old vomits after every meal. I called the pediatrician and they said we might be over feeding him. We've since adjusted the amount and frequency of feedings but he still throws up. I've fed him twice this morning (about 20ish minutes between both breasts) and he's thrown up what looks like a majority of what he ate, even after sitting up nearly vertical for 20 minutes after eating. He eats formula at night and the same thing happens.

Anyone else have experience with this?
