Have any of you ladies tried Vitex before? I’ve got a bottle coming in the post tomorrow. 400mg tablets.

I’m hoping they will help regulate my periods and maybe start my ovulation again.

I’m 22, I’ve been TTC for around 8 months. I got pregnant on month 1 but sadly ended in miscarriage at 7w5d. That was 6 months again and since then ive only had one period. It’s making it extremely difficult for my partner and I to TTC. The doctors won’t do anything for me until I’ve been trying for a year. I just want my cycles to come back so we can have our rainbow baby 💕
