Any advice?

I am around 4 weeks 2 days pregnant and I am experiencing pain on one side which I am worrying about. I have previously had an ectopic pregnancy so I know I have a high chance of having another ectopic. I have called the early pregnancy unit and they won't scan me until 7 weeks but I am just so worried. Also I have a 17 month old daughter. Can anyone give me any advice?
