Help/advice please

Ok so we have started our ttc journey in December. We had sex on my ovulation days and after that felt a slight cramping in my tummy. Three days before af was due in jan, I started bleeding pinkish blood and was enough to fill a sanitary towel over 2 days and enough to fill some toilet paper over the next two days. Normally I need a to use a tampon and a sanitary towel because I’m so heavy! I have continued to cramp over the last two weeks but no other symptoms. Do you think I should test?
