Protein Diet🥜 ??

Okay ladies, i need your opinion on this diet that me and my eldest sister came across.

protein shake in the morning for breakfast

protein bar and water for lunch

dinner is a regular balanced meal with the absents of any sugars and other things and definitely no bread!

you also need to get your daily 1 hour exercise in everyday

this is suppose to shrink your stomach, making you less hungry so you will eat less. therefore, it’ll shrink the amount of body fat. i’ve been doing it for the past three days, and honestly it doesn’t feel like i’m starving myself. at first, i figured that’s how it would feel but, no. the shake and the bar do make up for the two meals your missing in my opinion. i have very high hopes it’ll work...
