Would you see the doctor?i

I’ve been having heavy and irregular periods for over a year. They finally got semi on track for about 4 months but they were still heavy.

I started spotting on the 1st this month. and wasn’t due for my period for like. 2+ weeks. Well I spotted for like two days. then got this heavy brown discharge for 3 days. then started having brown and bloody discharge for a few days. then started my period but still had the brown discharge with it. It’s been 2 weeks of this crap and it’s getting so so annoying.

My gyn doctor never seems to take anything seriously so I don’t know if I should bother even bringing it up. All he does is say “well you should be on birth control you know” even though he KNOWS i’m so against BC because I’ve tried so many kinds and had bad experiences with them all.

I have heavy, irregular periods that’s are super painful, i get blood clots during every period, i have bad back pain and bad left side pain. Should I ask about endometriosis? or something else? We already checked for PCOS. I get cysts monthly but he said I don’t have PCOS. i go in for an ultrasound on thursday to check on the last cyst I had.
