Is he willing to compromise beliefs for a title?

Guy i been seeing wants a relationship with me I am not ready. I said we can agree to only be physical with each other and if somethin happens let each other know. I told him I still flirt and talk to a couple guys and exchange like pictures (like naughty ones for fun) he said even if we were dating that would be okay with him. Is that weird? Like i wouldn't be okay with that in a relationship it's like he wants the title so bad he will compromise needs\beliefs.
