Okay y’all story time!

So I used to work in a campus media lab, and when I wasn’t actually doing anything (fixing printers, helping students), I’d coax my friends into coming over and doing homework with me. One day I’m with my friend Tab and there’s two other guys doing their work towards the front of the room. Not much to do so I’m checking my email, when I see my mom sent me a Groupon for, of all things, a Diva Cup.

I had only recently learned of Diva Cups and quite frankly I’m a pad user so I hadn’t considered it, but I figured I’d extend the offer to my fellow woman and told Tab. She was already a big supporter of the Diva Cup but I’m all skeptical. She says “it’s more comfortable and better to use than a tampon” and I’m like “yeah but I don’t even like tampons! I don’t wanna be shoving anything up there!” And without skipping a beat she retorts “YOU ALREADY STICK A DICK UP THERE, WHATS THE PROBLEM‽”

Y’all I fucking died. I had no response, no retaliation. Couldn’t even laugh at first cuz I had to process was how I just lost this debate I didn’t realize I was in. Just then, we hear a snort come from the front of the media lab. We were so goddamn loud, and we forgot THERE WERE TWO OTHER DUDES in the room listening to me talk about my Virginia! 😩😂

It’s a wonder I never got fired from that place...
