Are condoms enough?
I started a serious relationship few months ago and we have been sexually active. We are both 21 and still studying in university (which means we can’t afford a kid) so we didn’t want to risk it and use a condom every single time (except for period sex). My concern is that are condoms good enough to prevent pregnancy or I should get on birth control pills as well? The thing is I live in a conservative community and it is uncommon for young ladies like me to get on the pills (many are still virgins)... like if I were to meet a gynecologist here (which I did once) she would ask me if I’m married rather than asking me if I’m engaging in sex. It made me rather uncomfortable to be honest.
Anyway, any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks in advanced!
