Alright long story short, I want to start eating better and lose weight. I've heard great things about keto diets and want to ease it into my lifestyle. So what kinds of meals do you do? I have no idea where to start with this. I know I need to cut pasta, bread and sweets. I need some ideas on what to do instead. What do you guys cook/make for Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Please help me with some ideas/meals to start with!
