I have to get healthier.
Not as in loosing weight but I drink sodas all day. Hardly any water. Junk food/ fast food etc.
I wonder why I get UTI’s all the time, have acne and very oily skin, and always feel like shit.
I’m with my dad and have had nothing but 3 coffees and soda. We are on a little trip and I can’t even enjoy it because I can just feel all of the sugar on my tongue and down my throat.
I am about to try to donate my kidney to my boyfriends sister and I can’t do it like this! I need motivation. I CANNOT stand water. People tell me to put the flavor packets in it but it still has sugar. Idk what else to do.
Please send me some motivation and encouragement. I need it terribly.
