Super irregular AF
I had an IUD for 5 years and had it removed in Dec. 2014. In that time I have only had 4 cycles ranging from 28 days to 89 days. How am I supposed to track my fertile days?
My husband is very excited to have our first baby and he is thinking that he won't be able to do it because he is too old (38) I have explained how rediculous that is.
But how do I increase my odds of conceiving if I don't know when my fertile days are?
