Could this be IB??? Or AF?

I am currently on my VERY late honeymoon and I’ve been feeling a little bloated an uncomfortable. I thought this was just from eating too much but when I went to wipe, I saw this. I had it yesterday as well, a few more times today but tinged with a little blood. Could this be IB? I am 7 DPO, although I did get a positive late.....I have PCOS so I don’t even know if I can get pregnant without help, but we sure have been trying. Any thoughts???
