Anyone have sex after a 4th degree tear?

I had a double episiotomy with my 1st. The first time having sex after was horrible, sorry. Make sure you don't just jump straight to sex. Try a few weeks of forplay. If it doesn't get better, try a perenial physical therapist. Mine was amazing

I had a 3rd degree with my first and it HURT when we tried at 6 weeks pp, tried again at 8 weeks STILL HURT!  We had to use lube for like 3 months before it became better.

I had a 4th degree tear....haven’t tried having sex I’m a little scared to try and I’m 5 weeks pp today

I gave birth on the 12th of December and I had a 2nd degree tear, I had sex at 4 weeks PP, It didn’t hurt as much as I thought it was, it just stung a little. But having a 4th degree tear, I have no idea 😳!
