Cycle day 50-BFN

I stopped taking BC last August. My husband didn't start TTC until April just using this app. I have always had a regular period. In June I didn't get my period until cycle day 43, then in July it came "on time" now I am on cycle day 50 with BFN and no signs of a period. I contacted my OBGYN and she did blood work- HCG Negative and Thyriod, but she is now on vacation so I have to wait. Any insight into this?
