Period symptoms of pregnancy symptoms?

AF is at least 1 day late maybe 2. I didn't track anything last month 😬 I have had light cramping on and off for the past several days. Last week I noticed a huge but short spike in emotions. I have been moody and my breasts were sore but then stopped. Problem is all those symptoms are similar enough to my period symptoms that I am so confused 😕. We have just started properly ttc. I took 1 hpt on Sunday night and got a BFN. I took a second this morning with a BFN but there was no control line. Ahhhh. I just need AF to show up or a BFP. I'm so sick of being unsure.
