How’d you tell your SO’s you we’re pregnant?

I just found out I’m pregnant today and trying to decide how to tell my fiancé tonight :) How did you all let them know?

We watched it show up together while sitting on the bathroom floor 😂

I just woke him up with a positive test in my hand. I couldn’t not tell him!

My husband told me!!! I swore I wouldn’t test until after my missed period. So I planned to test on a Saturday, when he’d be home. Little did I know he had a plan! He knows I don’t flush the toilet after our toddler goes to bed so she doesn’t wake up (you do what you gotta do;). He actually dipped the test in toilet water and it still came up positive!! He surprised me before I fell asleep and showed me, I thought he was pranking me with an old test from my youngest! Lol I took another test the next morning (Friday) and it was flaming positive! I was in shock for awhile just because he took the test before I did!! Haha

I threw the bathroom door open and yelled “I’m pregnant!!!”

I walked across the house with the positive test in my hand balling. Its been a stressful 8 months of negative tests

Yelling his name from the bathroom when I saw that second line pop up lol! He had just gotten home and was in bed (works night shift) so he was just like “okay 👍🏼” and went back to bed. 😂 I had taken one the day before but it was SO faint I seriously questioned if it was even there. That had happened to me so many times before where it turned out to be negative & it was our first month really trying so I was not expecting it to be positive at all.

I FaceTimed him at work saying our son (2) wants to show you his artwork. Than our son showed his daddy the piece of paper that said “I’m going to be a big brother” with the test sticky taped on

Well, when he walked into our apartment tonight after work I just blurted our “We’re having a baby!” Lol, so much for being creative 😂

I just ended up walking downstairs crying holding a positive test. It’s been a crazy journey so far.
