When is ovulation?

So I’m new to this we’ve been ttc for 2 years and hasn’t happen so I tracked this month and I peaked on the 10th in the am and later that day well the next day 1 am it dropped to low again so my question is did I ovulate on the 10th or the 11th / at peak or when it dropped? Answer

Once you test positive for your peak, typically, you ovulate within the next 24hours. When you see your tests going down again you’ve already ovulated. Taking your bbt daily can help you be accurate as well. Tracking your bbt can also notify you when you become pregnant. Our temps rise for ovulation and then goes back down after, but if you become pregnant you will see your temp to rise. You can even see an implantation dip. I hope the information was helpful!
