You're not getting enough of your family nutrients. Bread and fries, too many carbs if you're eating such little calories.  Its just not healthy at all, you need more fat in your diet. You should get more calories, but eat a healthy diet. Lots of fat, moderate protein and lower carb. That is typically the healthiest. Definitely not enough food at all and its worse because of the type of food.

If it's only for one day, it's nothing. Plus you know that's too little to eat in one day, it's just one meal.

Besides protein. No nutritional value... what about fruits veggies dairy? Its probably all bad saturated fats and carbs.
