How do I cope

I broke up with my boyfriend on Saturday because I felt I couldn’t trust him. That very same day he met up with another girl. Three days later, he puts up on his Instagram story a video of him and a different girl in bed saying that they ‘shagged’. I have to see him everyday because of college. How the fuck am I ever going to move on?
