I got my first period after my HSG procedure which unblocked my Fallopian tubes on Christmas. It was 6 days late and lasted 8 days which both has never happened before. I was on Day 36 of my cycle. This month I had a LH surge, but then started spotting around the 20th day of my cycle. It’s been spotting for 3 days now. No idea what to make of it. Slight cramps and completely confused. My hormones feel off. Is my body just readjusting itself after the procedure?
