FINALLY my husband is coming around to this baby thing :) he had a hard time to start out with because he thought we lost the baby before we got to hear the heartbeat at 12 weeks. A few weeks prior he had a bad dream that we lost the baby then the next day our best friends (who's due date was three days after ours) let us know that they missed a miscarriage. Finally after seeing the midwife again at our 16 week appointment he is in (almost) full daddy mode. He's talking to the baby and kissing my tummy and let me tell you this baby loves it! I don't feel flutters a lot during the day but when daddy comes around and starts showing the baby love (we think it's a girl) she/he is all about it!  Did anyone else deal with something like this? Kind of like denial?
